What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we store what you typed: your name, email, phone, organization, and the message itself, along with the page you submitted from and the date.

We record anonymous usage events (page views, how far down a page visitors scroll, and how long a visit lasts) with a session identifier that lives only in your browser tab and is discarded when you close it.

If you use the site search or the assistant, we store the query or question so we can see what people are looking for and cannot find.

Why we collect it

Form submissions exist so we can reply to you. That is the only reason.

Usage events and search queries exist so we can fix pages that do not answer the question people arrived with.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out a contact form.

We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking scripts on this site.

Who else sees it

Form notifications are delivered by our email provider. Optional bot protection on forms, when enabled, is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and verifies that a submission is human without profiling you.

The assistant sends your question and a short excerpt of relevant site content to a third-party language model to compose a reply. Do not put confidential information into it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for reference. Usage events and search history are retained in aggregate.

Ask us to delete anything you have sent by emailing Reqs@IntegrateUs.com and we will confirm when it is done.

Candidates

If you send a résumé, we keep it on file so recruiters can match you to roles that open later. Tell us to remove it and we will.

We do not share candidate details with a client without telling you which client and getting your agreement first.
