How we got here
We built the opposite of a big staffing firm: small enough that the recruiter you talk to is the one doing the work, on the Texas DIR ITSAC contract since 2011, and based in Austin, so being onsite is a scheduling question, not a travel budget question.
What we are not
Not a body shop, not a consultancy selling twelve-month transformations. If your requirement is one specialist for four months, we quote one specialist for four months. If it is outside what we recruit well, you get a referral, not a slate.

We tell you what we actually know
If a role is hard to fill at your band, you hear it during intake. A pipeline that looks healthy for three weeks and then produces nobody costs you more than a blunt conversation on day one.

Rates you can see
On the DIR ITSAC contract, rates are capped by published labor categories. On commercial work, we quote the bill rate and what it covers. Either way the number is not a mystery.

Local, not a call center
We are in Austin. Candidates can be onsite when the work needs it, and the person who takes your call is the person who works your requirement.
